Responsibilities

• Process client account updates and data maintenance requests.
• Support cash and securities transfer activities.
• Manage cash disbursements and receipts.
• Generate and interpret operational reports using BOXI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Maintain quality, confidentiality, and client-service standards.
