• Process client account updates and data maintenance requests
• Support cash and securities transfer activities
• Manage cash disbursements and receipts
• Generate and interpret operational reports using BOXI
• Coordinate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure accurate, timely processing
• Maintain quality, confidentiality, and client-service standards
