Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements, risks, and benefits.
- Hands-on Salesforce platforms experience in a complex enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth business leaders and tech teams to translate needs into platform solutions.
- Design and support scalable Wealth Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
- Build a modern Wealth Salesforce environment leveraging Financial Services Cloud.
- Support integrations across Salesforce, Agentforce, RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Data360.
- Establish reusable platform design standards for long-term growth.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, observability, and compliance.
- Translate requirements into clear technical direction for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams on design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Evaluate processes and platform capabilities for modernization.
