Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Solutions Architect to drive the design and delivery of technology solutions supporting wealth management processes, including CRM, portfolio management, reporting, and operations. Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a Solutions Architect in a Salesforce environment at wealth management or financial services institution.
• Experience designing enterprise level architecture within Salesforce, portfolio accounting, trading, and operational platforms.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and product owners to deliver mapped workflows.
• Expertise defining and implementing integration patterns using APIs, messaging, data pipelines and enterprise application integrations.
• Knowledge applying AI to business systems and workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional work across business and product teams.

Responsibilities

This role defines business requirements and enables technical execution for client systems across CRM, portfolio management, reporting, and operations work. The ideal candidate understands the technology architecture, client service demands and operational workflows of a modern wealth management firm.
