You’ll shape the Salesforce ecosystem, collaborate with business leaders, and deliver scalable solutions across a growing national wealth management firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex development skills.
• Experience building custom Salesforce solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to own projects from discovery through deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, enhance, and support Salesforce solutions across the organization.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and related technologies.
• Build and enhance Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and define requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Create technical specifications and development documentation.
• Support FSC enhancements and related platform initiatives.
• Expand solutions via consulting partnerships and internal projects.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and admins to deliver outcomes.
