Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ year administrative experience in financial services preferred.
• Licenses in Life, Health and Accident are preferred; Series 7/63/66 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and resolve customer account issues.
• Support Financial Consultants with client appointments and book management.
• Prepare internal financial reports and communications for branch teams.
• Create and distribute materials to educate retail banking staff on products and sales initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems.
