Flagstar Bank seeks a Wealth Sales Support & Service Specialist in NY to provide administrative support to Financial Consultants, coordinate client appointments, and handle service inquiries. You will help prepare financial reports and materials to drive sales goals, while maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.

The role requires organizational skills, independence, and the ability to train bankers on investment systems and referrals as needed.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED; foreign equivalent accepted.
• At least 1 year as an administrative assistant or in an investment/insurance role.
• Able to communicate professionally and manage calendars.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve customer account issues.
• Support FCs to prepare for client appointments and schedule client opportunities.
• Perform administrative tasks: prepare internal financial reports, email branch teams, and maintain calendars.
• Create newsletters, presentations, and other materials to educate branch teams on products and sales initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems.
