Flagstar Bank in Bellerose, NY is seeking a Wealth Services Sales Support & Service Specialist to provide administrative support to Financial Consultants. You will assist with client appointments, service inquiries, and reporting to track progress toward goals.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with licensed and non-licensed bankers. Prior investment/insurance admin experience is preferred.

Formación

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry position.
• Licensing in Life/Health and Series 7 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving customer account issues.
• Supporting the Financial Consultant(s) to execute on the “Work the Book” strategy, including preparing for client appointments.
• Preparing internal financial reports and emailing branch teams; calendar management and scheduling.
• Creating newsletters, presentations, and materials to educate the retail team on products and sales initiatives.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and related technology.
