Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Wealth Sales Assistant I in Texas to support financial advisors and internal teams, helping manage client interactions and financial transactions with accuracy and care.

You will handle transfers, asset movements, and client communications while maintaining data integrity and strong relationships across departments. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and follow up on new and closing account transfers to and from other institutions to maintain constant and clear communications
• Follow up on purchases and transfers of mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other assets to track the execution and processing of different financial transactions
• Participate in daily workflow of account administration, including monitoring and updating cost basis information and investment reviews, to ensure that schedules are met and all questions are answered
• Maintain a database of client mailing information to assist in disbursements of correspondence, such as invitations, newsletters, etc.
• Organize and maintain proper inventory of office supplies and wealth management literature
• Help maintain client relationships
