Responsibilities

• Identifies market(s) and develops marketing plan to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travels throughout market(s) to prospect and network for middle-market clients; makes initial contacts.
• Contacts and secures in-person appointments for sales, conservation and service.
• Uses Western & Southern Life consultative practices and processes in appointments.
• Effectively sells insurance and investment solutions.
• Plans for and schedules weekly sales, marketing, and service activities.
• Markets for local brand development of Western & Southern Life.
• Cultivates community relationships to strengthen market presence.
