Job summary

Talentify in Indianapolis is seeking a Financial Representative to educate middle-income clients on risk protection, financial security, and wealth creation, analyze needs, and recommend suitable financial solutions with integrity.

You will meet clients, set appointments, and travel within markets to grow a durable client base while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Proven experience influencing a group to a recommended course of action.
• Ability to analyze financial information and determine client strategies.
• Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Compliance with company ethics and industry regulations required.
• Experience working in a team with varied levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies market(s) and develops relevant marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travels to prospect and network for middle-market clients via identification of potential qualified clients and initial contacts.
• Contacts and secures in-person appointments with prospective and existing clients for sales, conservation, and service.
• Prepares for and conducts appointments using Western & Southern Life consultative practices and processes.
• Effectively sells insurance and investment solutions.
• Plans and schedules weekly sales, marketing, and service activities.
• Markets to develop the Western & Southern Life brand locally.
• Cultivates community relationships to strengthen presence in target markets.
