Responsibilities

• Identifies markets and develops marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travels to prospect and network for middle-market clients by identifying qualified prospects.
• Schedules in-person appointments for sales, conservation, and service.
• Prepares for appointments using company consultative practices.
• Sells insurance and investment solutions effectively.
• Plans weekly sales, marketing, and service activities.
• Markets Western & Southern Life locally to build the brand.
• Develops community relationships to grow presence in target markets.
• Maintains client contact to meet evolving financial needs.
• Engages in ongoing professional development to perform duties.
• Maintains accurate client and company records and payments.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies.
