Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Financial Representative in Akron to educate clients on risk protection, financial security, and wealth creation. You will analyze client needs and present suitable financial solutions, while building lasting client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up.

The role requires meeting with middle-income clients, adhering to ethical selling practices, and maintaining accurate records. Travel within the Akron area and local market networking are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Must have life and health license or be pursuing licensure.
• Must obtain life and health license within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify markets and develop marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travel within market(s) to prospect and network with middle-market clients.
• Schedule and conduct in-person appointments for sales, service and conservation.
• Sell insurance and investment solutions in an ethical, client-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and comply with policies and standards.
