Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Financial Representative to educate middle-income clients about risk protection, financial security, and wealth creation. You will analyze needs, educate clients, and sell appropriate financial solutions in an ethical, client-focused manner.

You will travel within markets to prospect clients, set appointments, and deliver consultative services using established practices while maintaining client records and meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence a group to a recommended course of action is preferred.
• Experience setting professional goals and achieving them is preferred.
• Integrity with compliance to company ethics and regulations is required.
• Proven strong work ethic and ability to drive for results is required.
• Must have life and health license within 30 days or have applied for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Identifies market(s) and develops marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travels throughout market(s) to prospect and network for middle-market clients.
• Secures in-person appointments for sales, conservation, and service.
