Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak is seeking an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning and elder law to join our remote team. You will advise clients, draft wills and trusts, and guide plans to align with individual goals while collaborating with paralegals and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Estate Planning or Elder Law.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with current Pennsylvania license to practice.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, and ancillary documents using firm templates and software.
• Review documents with clients and ensure plans align with goals.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee paralegals, clerks, and staff to ensure accuracy in files.
• Engage with local communities by joining boards or groups aligned with the mission.
• Suggest process improvements to keep client files moving efficiently.
• Conduct review meetings to keep estate plans updated with client needs.

• Deliver Exceptional Service : Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally—client satisfaction is your top priority.
• Lead with Integrity : Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff to ensure accuracy and excellence in every file.
• Engage Locally : Represent the firm in your community by joining boards, committees, and groups that align with our mission.
• Streamline & Improve : Recommend process enhancements and keep client files moving efficiently through the office.
• Stay Connected : Conduct review meetings to ensure estate plans remain aligned with evolving client needs.

  Qualifications
• At least 2years experience in Estate Planning or Elder Law focused firm environment.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law with a current license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
