Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 required within 4 months of hire.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data and communications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Confidentiality and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial planning and investment strategy through one-on-one client consultations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses covering cash flow, taxes, investments, and estate planning.
• Cultivate client relationships via phone and face-to-face meetings with clients and advisors.
• Prepare accurate income tax returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Lead and support financial planning projects and analyses.
• Develop understanding of brokerage account operations and service delivery.
