Job summary

Goldman Sachs Wealth Management is seeking a client-focused advisor to deliver personalized financial planning, investment strategy, and tax services for individual and corporate clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

You will engage with clients, prepare analyses and reports, and support project work to ensure rigorous, confidential service across brokerage operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 preferred; required within 4 months of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data management and communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Engagement: provide personalized financial planning, investment strategy, and tax services through one-on-one consultations with individual and/or corporate clients.
• Insightful Financial Analysis & Reporting: prepare sophisticated financial reports covering cash flow, tax projections, investment allocation, and estate planning flowcharts.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: engage in extensive client interactions with external advisors to deliver expert financial advice.
• Tax Expertise: prepare accurate and timely income tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance.
• Project Leadership & Support: lead financial planning projects and analyses to drive strategic initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: understand brokerage account operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Service Model Immersion: participate in client meetings to better understand service delivery and client needs.
