You will prepare sophisticated financial analyses, engage with clients and their advisors, and contribute to project leadership while gaining exposure to brokerage operations and service delivery models.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required within 4 months of hire.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office for data management and communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Engagement: provide personalized financial planning and investment guidance for individual and corporate clients.
• Insightful Financial Analysis & Reporting: prepare reports covering cash flow, tax projections, allocations and estate planning.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: engage via calls and meetings with clients and external advisors.
• Tax Expertise: prepare accurate income tax returns and optimize outcomes.
• Project Leadership & Support: lead and contribute to financial planning initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: understand brokerage operations for seamless client experience.
• Service Model Immersion: attend client meetings to deepen understanding of services and expectations.
