Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 preferred; required within 4 months of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Engagement: provide personalized financial planning, investment strategy, and tax services through consultations with clients.
• Insightful Financial Analysis & Reporting: prepare financial reports and analyses on cash flow, taxes, investments, and estate planning.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: engage with clients and external advisors via phone or meetings to deliver financial advice.
• Tax Expertise: prepare accurate income tax returns and optimize outcomes.
• Project Leadership & Support: lead and contribute to financial planning projects and analyses.
• Operational Excellence: develop understanding of brokerage account operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Service Model Immersion: participate in client meetings to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
