One of the most successful and fastest growing RIAs in the Midwest is adding a Director to take ownership for all financial planning throughout the wealth management firm. Historically planning has been completed by the CEO, assisted by staff level professionals, with input from outside vendors & specialists. Based upon significant year-over-year growth, and the need for the CEO to spend more time with clients and strategic leadership, the decision has been made to hire a CFP with significant experience to lead financial planning.
