Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Associate Advisor to work closely with experienced Wealth Advisors on financial planning, asset management, and personal finance advisory. This role offers mentorship, development, and a clear growth path in wealth management.

Selected candidate will work initially full-time in the office, then transition to a hybrid model (3x per week). Four-year degree and 2–3 years of financial services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• 2-3 years financial services experience preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 required; CFP pursued.
• Life, Accident, Health Insurance license pursued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth Advisors to deliver financial planning and investment solutions.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans and wealth strategies for clients.
• Participate in client meetings and drive follow-up actions.
• Build client relationships and provide proactive support on planning and investments.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and processing transactions.
• Supervise client portfolios and implement Advisor recommendations.
• Maintain client records using CRM; track account openings and transfers.
• Prepare client reports and support data analysis for the practice.
