Job summary

The Associate Advisor supports Wealth Management in delivering exceptional service, working with Advisors to develop and implement financial plans, gather data, and manage portfolios for existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Four-year College Degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors in financial planning and portfolio management.
• Create and update financial plans and investment proposals.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend client meetings and manage follow-up activities.
• Process new client accounts and financial transactions.
• Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to target allocations.
• Maintain client records in CRM systems.
