Job summary

Brighton Jones is seeking an Analyst to join the Analyst Training Program (ATP). You will gain foundational knowledge in financial planning, client service, and business operations through structured training, coaching, and hands-on client work.

You will complete onboarding and licensing milestones (including Series 65) and progress toward CFP credentials while collaborating with a dedicated Training Partner and People Manager in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics).
• Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Strong interest in pursuing the CFP credential in the future.
• Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Windows).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning, investment, and wealth management analyses and deliverables with advisory teams.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment research with data gathering and analyses.
• Coordinate client meeting agendas and document actions in Salesforce.
• Support tax coordination and implementation for personal and trust accounts.
• Maintain client information with high-quality data across systems.
