Brighton Jones is seeking its next Analyst to join a purpose-driven, client-focused team. You will gain exposure to financial planning, client service, and business operations through structured training, coaching, and hands-on development opportunities within an award-winning culture.

The Analyst Training Program (ATP) spans 6–12 months, including onboarding, licensing milestones (Series 65), and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred.
• Internships or work experience helpful.
• Series 65 or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Interest in pursuing CFP credential in the future.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Windows).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning, investment, and wealth management analyses with advisory teams.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment research by gathering data and analyses.
• Assist in tax planning, equity compensation, retirement planning, and wealth transfer topics.
• Coordinate with Tax, Investments, Estate Planning, and advisory teams.
• Build professional judgment and client service through training and real-world work.
