You will participate in a structured Analyst Training Program with coaching, mentorship, and hands‑on development, gaining exposure to financial planning, client service, and business operations.

The role begins August 9, 2027, is in‑office, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive starting salary of $72,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Series 65 or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Interest in pursuing CFP credential in the future.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn other systems.
• Professionalism, integrity, accountability, and sound judgment.
• Clear communication and ability to build trust with clients and partners.
• Ownership mindset, follow‑through, and proactive problem solving.
• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning, investment analyses, and wealth management deliverables with the advisory team.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment research with data gathering and analyses.
• Conduct analyses on tax planning, equity compensation, retirement planning, and wealth transfer.
• Collaborate with Tax, Investments, Estate Planning, and advisory teams to develop client recommendations.
• Build technical expertise through training and real‑world client work.
