Job summary

Brighton Jones is seeking an Analyst for its in-office Analyst Training Program. You will work with advisory teams, participate in structured training, and gain exposure to financial planning, client service, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics)
• Academic success and other internships or work-related experience preferred.
• Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Strong interest in pursuing the CFP credential in the future.
• Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products; expected to learn other position-related systems on the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning, investment, and wealth management analyses and deliverables in partnership with advisory team members.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment research by gathering data, conducting analyses, and identifying opportunities for discussion with the advisory team.
• Conduct analyses related to tax planning, equity compensation, retirement planning, and wealth transfer strategies while maintaining accurate client and portfolio records.
• Partner with Tax, Investments, Estate Planning, and advisory teams to support the development and implementation of client recommendations.
• Build technical expertise, professional judgment, and client service skills through structured training, coaching, and real-world client work.
