Qualifications

• Two years or more of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in wire transfer operations, monetary movement, payment processing, treasury operations, banking operations, or wealth management services.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions independently.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-risk operational environment.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and regulatory requirements related to financial transactions.
• Exceptional accountability, integrity, and attention to detail when handling sensitive financial information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client monetary transactions, with a primary focus on domestic and international wire transfers and related payment activities.
