The Operations Analyst supports the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, & Institutional Banking (WCIB) division by managing and overseeing client monetary transactions, with a primary focus on domestic and international wire transfers and related payment activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of high-value financial transactions while maintaining a strong control environment and delivering exceptional service to clients and business partners.

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to question processes, identify risks, troubleshoot complex scenarios, analyze information from multiple sources, and make sound decisions under minimal supervision. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
