Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Business Innovation Consultant Lead to drive complex wealth management initiatives, streamline funds movement, account openings, and related processes. You will lead cross-functional teams, interpret data, and deliver data-driven solutions across risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.

You will collaborate with private banking and wealth teams, provide leadership, and report progress to management while supporting training for colleagues.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Wealth & Investment Management or similar.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
