• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and communicate strategic vision to executive management and drive results through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Owns portfolio of initiatives to improve digital client experience and integration with Huntington systems.
• Collaborates with Private Bank Operating Committee, National Practice Leads, risk, compliance, and technology to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Creates safety nets by installing technology solutions, quality control, and assurance programs to reduce manual processing and increase efficiency.
• Develops front-office training with business units to promote unified action and flawless execution.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
