• 7+ years of experience in Wealth & Investment Management with banking platforms.
• Experience with trust accounting platforms and digital solutions.
• Ability to communicate strategic vision to executive management and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of initiatives to enhance digital client experience and service.
• Work with the Private Bank Operating Committee, risk, compliance, trust operations, and audit to identify tech and process risks and develop solutions.
• Analyze roles and responsibilities and implement safety nets via technology, quality control, and assurance programs.
• Develop front office training to unify teams with urgency and flawless execution.
