• Organizes data and leads the team in timely, objective decisions.
• Communicates effectively with team, partners, and management.
• Leads with Business Innovation Team tools/processes and trains colleagues.
• Collaborates across colleague levels to support solution execution.
• Analyzes data to draw data-driven conclusions and learn wealth business context.
