Responsibilities

• Performs basic administrative support tasks with quality reporting.
• Ensures transactions are confirmed and entered per policies.
• Resolves problems by communicating with client-facing advisors and clients.
• Prepares detailed information and reports on transactions and accounts.
• Adheres to quality standards and supports trackers, phones, and email workflows.
• Reviews basic reconciliation breaks and provides guidance under supervision.
