Job summary

• 4+ years' experience structuring, processing and closing mortgages and home equity products for high net worth individuals.
• Strong sales ability and excellent communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage and consumer lending for a designated region.
• Support Wealth Relationship Managers, Processors and Underwriters to close loans.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to TD Wealth and TD Bank NA.
