Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is hiring an Operations Associate to handle moderately complex transaction processing, onboarding and asset transfers, and provide quality service to internal partners and external clients.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, adherence to FINRA 2273, REG BI and CRS, and collaboration with Financial Advisors and Client Associates. Travel to branch offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an investment operations role or equivalent.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Financial Services Industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote.

Responsibilities

• Up to 90% travel to Merrill Branch offices; flexible hours.
• Maintain knowledge of account opening policies and procedures.
• End-to-end client onboarding and asset transfer processing.
• Assist in onboarding documents tracking for compliance (FINRA 2273, REG BI, CRS).
• Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with mid-to high monetary impact.
• Respond to client inquiries to support operational efficiency and service quality.
