You will strengthen the operational core, oversee client operations, and foster a culture of curiosity, problem solving, and authentic client relationships.

You will lead two operations specialists, drive improvements across billing, reporting, and workflows, oversee retirement account processing and insurance administration, and support firm-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–15+ years in wealth management operations or compliance.
• Licensing preferred (7 & 66 or 63 & 65).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations.
• Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows.
• Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance/annuity administration.
• Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives.
