Job summary

Focus Partners is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead a high-performing team delivering wealth management operational support. You will drive process improvements, oversee daily operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and client service.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week, 2 remote), and requires 10+ years in financial services operations with strong leadership and Addepar/Excel CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services operations or wealth management operations.
• 5+ years in people leadership developing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with Addepar or similar investment reporting and portfolio management platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and CRM experience (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of operations professionals.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily team operations, workforce planning, and employee matters.
• Oversee investment accounting activities, transaction processing, and portfolio record maintenance.
• Lead investment performance calculations and reporting.
• Manage monthly client statement production and delivery.
• Oversee data loads, service requests, and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, scalability, and client/employee experience.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and best practices.
• Partner with Client Service, Trading, Advisory Teams, Technology to support initiatives.
