Responsibilities

• Serve as custodial liaison with Schwab and Fidelity for account opening, paperwork, transfers, and maintenance.
• Process and monitor client account transactions including cash movements and journals.
• Monitor workflows to identify incomplete items or issues needing follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client and account data across CRM and custodial systems.
• Perform data reconciliation and quality-control for client and portfolio information.
• Create and maintain recurring operational and client reports.
• Support billing and performance reporting processes.
• Communicate with clients about transactions and account status updates.
• Coordinate with Advisors and Service teams to fulfill requests accurately and timely.
• Resolve operational issues involving custodians, systems, accounts, and data.
