You will ensure accurate processing of withdrawals, transfers, and funding while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with advisors and team members, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and uphold fiduciary standards and client-first service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or wealth management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with precision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling client information.

Responsibilities

• Process client withdrawals, distributions, and money movements.
• Coordinate ACH, wire requests, and check disbursements.
• Verify funding availability and proper documentation for transactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve transaction-related issues with custodians and clients.
• Support the team with client service requests and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio systems.
• Assist with account linking, beneficiary updates, and banking instructions.
• Support reporting and data accuracy across platforms.
• Maintain proper documentation for trades, distributions, and client requests.
