Position: Wealth Operations Assistant – Part-time (Monday thru Friday 9:30AM to 3PM)

Job Overview

The Wealth Operations Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Wealth Management team and their clients. This support includes daily coordination, account administration and customer service for investment management clients, trust clients and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration and support to the Wealth Advisor(s) and management. Administrative support may include scheduling, correspondence, reporting and other projects as assigned. Sales support may include monitoring and updating internal systems, reporting, and preparing client materials, as necessary.
  • Use online deposit and trust systems to obtain vital client information to include but not limited to opening and closing accounts, overseeing account distribution, documentation of discretionary payments and account reviews, and cash processing (bill payment, ACH, wires, etc.) as well as performing various other service requests.
  • Provide day-to-date customer service and process daily transactions for Wealth and Personal Trust clients as requested.
  • Work with Wealth Advisor(s) and management to ensure all account activity and administration follows established Bank policies, procedures, business strategy as well as applicable regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • Associate Degreeor equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years office/administrative or paralegal experience, preferably in a bank environment.
  • Proven ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Professionalism and courtesy in dealing with customers and bank employees.
  • Must work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Takes initiative and effectively works with little direction or oversight.
  • High degree of accuracy required.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
