Part-Time Sales Operations Assistant (San Diego Preferred, Remote OK)

We’re a fast-growing performance marketing company running lean and profitable. We need someone sharp and reliable to help keep deals moving, buyers supported, and the pipeline clean.

This isn’t a traditional sales role. You won’t be doing outbound or cold outreach. You’ll be the internal operator who keeps contracts flowing, messages followed up, and the CRM up to date.

Start part-time (25 hours per week) with potential to grow into a full-time role quickly if you’re a killer.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Track buyer activity in our CRM
  • Follow up on contracts, onboarding steps, and message threads
  • Coordinate between internal operations, media, and support teams
  • Keep Slack, LinkedIn, and email threads active
  • Ensure buyers get what they need without chaos
  • Send daily updates to the founder

Role Details:
