Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Michigan Ave

This role is critical in the store team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, providing feedback to achieve optimal store results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
2. Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the Store Manager to address process or system issues.
3. Support operational functions including shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, visual merchandising, and supply management.
4. Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
5. Coordinate with reporting, budgeting, expenses, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient store operations.
6. Support a safe and efficient work environment through stockroom standards.
7. Assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests dynamically.
8. Assist in shipment processing and visual merchandising.
9. Leverage metrics to support business strategies.
10. Resolve customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
11. Communicate inventory needs and product concerns.
12. Perform various tasks to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting, including movement around the store.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting.
• Stand and move throughout the shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Schedule

Part-Time, up to 30 hours/week, minimum 4-hour shifts. Must be available during the holiday season, including Black Friday and the week of Thanksgiving.

The base pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00/hour in Chicago, IL, with potential bonuses from incentives and total rewards including discounts, benefits, and more.
