Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in the securities industry.
• Experience in Broker Dealer/Advisor Operations.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily breaks between Neuberger and custodian.
• Household account closures and balances.
• Daily tax certification.
• Review document‑driven requests via in‑house workflow tool.
• Action account maintenance requests.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Education

Bachelor’s degree, B.S. or B.A.
