Job summary

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the IT PMO in St. Louis and Needham. You will gather and document requirements for new initiatives, refine data delivery, and translate needs into technical specs for successful implementations.

You will lead testing, validate changes, and design Power BI reports from multiple data sources to support decision-making and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in business analysis within wealth management, financial services, or related industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with wealth management stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements.
• Analyze data delivery, integration, and reporting in Asana, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specs to support project delivery.
