Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Data Modeler, or Technical Business Analyst in enterprise data environments.
• Advanced SQL: multi-table joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, analytic functions.
• STTM Documentation: explicit, comprehensive Source-to-Target Mappings for ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Data Quality & Profiling: identify anomalies, missing data, structural inconsistencies.
• Communication: strong verbal and written skills for technical reviews with developers and architects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Data Profiling & Pattern Analysis across databases, data lakes, and warehouses to assess distribution and quality.
• Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM): design and maintain mappings with business rules and data transformations.
• Bridge with ETL/Data Engineers: walkthrough mapping documents and clarify edge cases and constraints.
• Data Quality & Governance: establish metrics and remediate data discrepancies across datasets.
• Wealth Management Domain Analysis: study entities like profiles, accounts, holdings, transactions, and billing data.
• Stakeholder Communication: present insights and dependencies to technical and business teams.
• Testing & Acceptance Support: assist QA by validating transformed data against targets.
