Job summary

Focus Financial Partners is seeking a Business Analyst to support the IT PMO by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and implementing enhancements to improve client experience and operations. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, translate needs into technical specs, and drive successful delivery across Power BI, data platforms, and reporting modules.

The role requires 2+ years in business analysis, preferably in wealth management or financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
Experience in business analysis, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Power BI, business analysis, and project delivery tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with wealth management stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements.
Analyze data delivery, integration and reporting in Asana, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Identify improvements in processes, workflows, and data and recommend practical solutions.
Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specifications for project delivery.
Translate business needs into technical requirements with IT teams and support implementations.
Lead user acceptance testing and verify deliverables meet business needs.
