Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Data Modeler, or Technical Business Analyst.
• Advanced SQL expertise with complex queries for data extraction and profiling.
• STTM documentation experience for ETL/ELT pipelines or data warehouse migrations.
• Data quality, profiling, and remediation of data integrity issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Data Profiling & Pattern Analysis across relational databases, data lakes, and warehouses.
• Design, author, and maintain STTM documents detailing mappings, rules, and data types.
• Bridge between business logic and ETL/Data Engineers with detailed walkthroughs.
• Establish data quality metrics and collaborate with governance leads to remediation.
• Wealth Management domain data: households, portfolios, assets, fees, and trades.
• Communicate insights and mapping dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support QA and validation during sprints with SQL checks.
