Ascendo Resources in Miami seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to support financial advisors within a growing wealth management firm. You will develop, design, and execute marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen advisor brands, engage clients, and attract new business.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of marketing experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven ability to create and execute marketing materials from start to finish.
• Strong graphic design and content development capabilities.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, digital content, and advisor collateral.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to individual financial advisors and advisory teams.
• Create professional marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, pitch decks, newsletters, flyers, client communications, and digital content.
• Partner directly with financial advisors to understand their business objectives and develop customized marketing solutions.
• Manage the design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral across print and digital channels.
• Support advisor branding initiatives, including websites, social media, email marketing, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate and execute email campaigns, client appreciation events, webinars, seminars, and other advisor marketing initiatives.
• Ensure marketing materials maintain consistent branding and align with firm standards.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all marketing communications adhere to FINRA, SEC, and internal regulatory guidelines.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and advisor engagement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing marketing processes, templates, and resources available to financial advisors.
