The role requires 7–10 years in marketing within professional or financial services and a proactive, hands‑on approach with strong analytics and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience in professional or financial services.
• Proven success leading integrated, multi‑channel marketing initiatives that align with firmwide goals.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Masters degree or MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor and hands‑on partner to advisor teams, helping define goals and execute programs.
• Lead planning sessions to uncover objectives and translate into actionable marketing plans.
• Develop and manage annual marketing plans aligned with firm goals.
• Partner with advisors on campaign execution: content, emails, social, events, client communications.
• Anticipate needs and suggest new marketing ideas and engagement opportunities.
• Maintain accountability for results and adjust strategies based on metrics.
• Oversee end‑to‑end development of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, events.
• Coordinate deliverables and timelines with internal teams.
• Use data to measure engagement, demonstrate ROI, and improve marketing efforts.
