Outlook Wealth Advisors in The Woodlands, TX seeks a marketing coordinator to elevate and evolve its established program. You will own event-driven marketing, manage email campaigns, newsletters, and social channels, and optimize tool usage while coordinating vendors and pre-qualifying registrants.

You’ll work with retirees in a client-focused environment and help drive measurable marketing performance. The role offers competitive pay and benefits in a collaborative team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage email workflows for prospects and clients (HubSpot; platform under evaluation).
• Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, with occasional evening attendance.
• Manage the monthly newsletter from draft to delivery through our print vendor.
• Track marketing performance and report on what’s actually moving the needle.
• Coordinate outside vendors to execute marketing deliverables.
• Take occasional inbound calls to pre-qualify event registrants.
